Fisher & Paykel and DCS are returning to the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show February 9-13 for their 2021 virtual exhibition, building on the brand’s successful 2019 and 2020 launch. Fisher & Paykel and DCS have created a virtual experience presenting the New Zealand brand history and innovative new products in the premium indoor and outdoor kitchen suite. With an award-winning portfolio of products, this year’s exhibition will celebrate novelties and highlight the beauty of choice offered in the brand’s various design styles: Professional, Integrated, Contemporary, Minimal and Classic. As industry leaders in the premium indoor and outdoor categories, Fisher & Paykel and DCS will use digital technology to showcase their offerings, brand depth and people-centered design philosophy in an exciting way.

The virtual booth features appliance suites in Fisher & Paykel’s five appliance design styles – Professional, Contemporary, Minimal, Integrated, and Classic – to highlight the philosophy of beauty of choice. The brand adds new products in different styles to create a comprehensive and coordinated range of premium solutions. The new launches include the 11 Series DishDrawer ™, 48 “Professional Range with 8 gas burners, combined steam and convection ovens, vacuum and warming drawers, 24” and 30 “integrated column-mounted refrigerators / freezers with floor mounting and colored Classic Range hoods ( red, products in white, black, stainless steel) and Professional Companion, all of which will be available for purchase this year. DCS will also play a prominent role on the virtual booth, exhibiting branded hero products that give the user freedom of design, if Construction or extension of a built-in or free-standing outdoor kitchen.

New product launches are as follows:

  • Series 11 DishDrawer ™ Dishwashers: Fisher & Paykel expands its industry innovation, the DishDrawer ™, with the introduction of the Series 11. Launched in 1997, the revolutionary appliance was born from the brand’s deep understanding of kitchen life. The new 11 Series DishDrawer ™ offers flexibility with its ergonomic design, integrated technology including SmartDrive ™, pause function, all stainless steel interior, soft close, wine glass grippers and WiFi functions for an improved user experience . It also features glass care, 60 minute washing and drying, which makes it perfect for those who love to entertain. The 11 Series DishDrawer ™ will be available with a stainless steel exterior or an integral plate.

  • 48 “Professional Range with 8 gas burners: Fisher & Paykel is further expanding its newly designed platform for professional categories with the debut of its 48” Professional Range with 8 gas burners. This range is characterized by design, craftsmanship and precision performance. It features a porcelain platter, titanium dials, two independently working convection oven cavities, and eight carefully constructed dual flow burners.

  • 24 ” Combination Steam and Convection Oven: The new 2021 unit expands the brand’s existing combination steam and convection oven model and has one of the largest cavity capacities on the market at 3 cu ft. The integrated water tank is behind an easy-to-use water tank Use the touchscreen interface and additional functions, including sous vide.

  • Vacuum and Warming Drawers: Handleless, new vacuum seal and warming drawers from Fisher & Paykel, available in 24 “and 30” models, offer cooking flexibility and freedom of design in the kitchen. The vacuum seal drawer is beautiful to use and has capacitive touch controls. It offers three levels of vacuum and heat sealing for effortless food preparation and preservation. The warming drawer offers six versatile, tailor-made programs for warming, testing, dehydrating and slow cooking. There is enough space to keep six (24 “model) to sixteen (30” model) place settings in standard size evenly warm.

  • Integrated Floor Mount Fridge / Freezer: The new 24 ” and 30 ” Integrated Floor Mount Fridges extend the brand’s industry leading technology to any kitchen area or design. These cooling solutions feature ActiveSmart ™ technologies and technologies with a variable temperature zone for optimal food and energy savings as well as a new internal water dispensing option. These models can easily be installed separately, paired, or customized with Fisher & Paykel’s column solutions, including the brand’s wine column, column fridges and column freezers.

  • Colored Classic Range Hoods: The new Classic Range Hoods were specially developed for the Classic Range line and are available in four colors: red, black, white and stainless steel. They are presented in 30- and 36-inch models and feature three fan speeds, a powerful maximum airflow of 600 CF and edge-to-edge extraction, making these hoods both practical and constructive solutions for ventilation in the kitchen represent.

New this year Fisher & Paykel also introduced a digital brand experience. The platform is accessible via the brand’s virtual KBIS booth and has been designed to offer the most personal and specialized experience possible.
